Using the toolkit, you can insert multimedia - including WebEx Recorded Files (.wrf), audio or video files, Flash animations and Web pages into PowerPoint slides - and then save the slides as a WebEx Universal Communications Format (.ucf) file. During an online training session, you can share this file to display the multimedia effects.
Document Manager allows you to open, view, and print UCF files outside of an online training session; and open documents and presentations, annotate them, and save them as UCF.
